PROVIDING SUPPORT THROUGH A WIDE RANGE OF VIRTUAL SERVICES Not Just Any Virtual Service

At The VA Team, we’re not just another call answering or virtual assistant company — we’re an extension of our clients’ businesses. Every call we take and every task we complete helps small businesses across the UK run smoother, grow faster, and deliver better service to their customers.

We’re a close-knit, office-based team in Bracknell, and we’re growing. If you take pride in helping people, enjoy working in a professional but relaxed environment, and love variety in your day (or night), we’d love to meet you.

Why Work With Us?

Supportive Team Environment

We know each other by name — not by headset number. Everyone supports one another, shares ideas, and celebrates wins together. It’s a place where you’ll feel included and appreciated, no matter your role or shift

Varied, Interesting Work

Every day you’ll speak to different people from all walks of life — from doctors and engineers to estate agents and small business owners. You’ll never feel stuck doing the same repetitive task.

Training  Provided

You’ll receive hands-on training to understand our systems, scripts, and clients. As you gain experience, there are opportunities to move into senior, quality, or client-support roles.

Opportunities to Grow

We’re expanding fast, and we love to promote from within. As we add more clients and services — including our AI calling division — we’re opening up opportunities for team leaders, trainers, and QA specialists.
